We want to let you know that as of March 1, 2010, Xceed will no longer be open on Saturday at the following Financial Centers:
Gateway El Segundo (460 N Sepulveda Boulevard)
Lewisville (1660 South Stemmons Freeway)
Henrietta (1425 Jefferson Road)
Stoneridge (1560 West Ridge Road)
Our weekday business hours at these locations, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., will remain unchanged. And, for added 24/7 convenience, these four locations also have a night drop and deposit-taking ATM.
Of course, because we’re deeply committed to member convenience, any decision to reduce hours of operation is a difficult one. Still, after careful analysis of Saturday activity at these locations, it is clear to us that our members strongly favor weekday transactions or Saturday visits to one of our other Financial Centers in the immediate area.
We also want to assure you to that we have and will continue to take every opportunity possible to offer additional account access options that keep your funds within reach anytime, anywhere.
Above and beyond our own Financial Centers, we’re members of the CU Service Centers® Network of shared branches, offering more than 6,000 locations. Changes to ATM deposit guidelines.
Effective November 15, 2009, deposits will no longer be accepted at automated teller machines (ATMs) that are not associated with the CO-OP® Network. This change prohibits Xceed-related deposits at PLUS® Network ATMs. Only the deposit feature at PLUS ATMs is being eliminated; balance inquiries, withdrawals, and transfers at these ATMs will still be accepted and processed.

Xceed members may make deposits at Xceed ATMs (that offer this feature) and at more than 25,000 surcharge-free CO-OP ATMs. To find the nearest CO-OP ATM, click here or text “MYCOOP” (692667) on your cell phone. If you text, enter your address or closest intersection, and within 30 seconds, you’ll receive info on the nearest surcharge-free CO-OP ATM.*

Shared-branch Locations

Expedited Funds Availability Act
As a reminder, in accordance with the Expedited Funds Availability Act, checks deposited through Xceed or CO-OP Network ATMs may be placed on hold. Please refer to your Agreement and Truth in Savings Disclosure and the Electronic Services Disclosure and Agreement for further information.

Rest easy! $250,000 Share Insurance protection has been extended to 2013.
We've got great news for you. The Helping Families Save Their Homes Act of 2009, signed into law May 20, 2009, includes a provision that extends the $250,000 Share Insurance coverage provided by the National Credit Union Share Insurance (NCUSIF) Fund through December 31, 2013. Previously, this level of coverage was set to expire December 31, 2009.
What coverage is provided by the NCUSIF?
- Each member account (a combination of share accounts within one membership) is insured up to $250,000.
- Additionally, the NCUSIF insures Traditional and Roth IRAs in the aggregate at each credit union for up to $250,000. KEOGH accounts are also insured separately in the aggregate to $250,000 at each credit union.

Xceed Online Bill Payer offers Expedited Payments.
We've all been there before. You need to make a payment immediately or it will be late and you'll suffer embarrassing and costly late fees. Fear not! Xceed Online's Bill Payer offers the convenience of Expedited Payments. Make last-minute payments to anyone or anywhere in the continental United States through Bill Payer, either electronically or via overnight check, for a nominal convenience fee.
Click the Expedited Payment option under the left menu's Bills & Payments section. You'll be taken to a screen to choose from your list of existing payees, enter the amount of the payment, the method of choice (electronic vs. overnight check), and from which account the funds are drawn. Just as simple as that.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much is the convenience fee? From which account is the fee deducted?
A nominal convenience fee will be added to the payment amount:
$4.95 for electronic payments
$15.95 for overnight checks
The convenience fee is debited as a separate transaction from the account you are using to make the payment, and will show up on your statement as "Convenience Fee."
Are there limitations to where payments can be sent?
Yes. Expedited payments cannot be sent to an address in Hawaii, Alaska, or to a PO Box. Other limitations are based on biller capabilities.
How do you obtain the overnight check address for a payee?
Expedited Payments has the capacity to know what time of day you are making a request, as well as the payment delivery cut-off times of your payees. As a result, if your request is after a payee's cut-off time for the day, the payment choice may be limited to the overnight check option, rather than electronic payment.
A payee may designate a separate address for overnight check payments. You should either check your bill, search the payee's website or contact the payee directly to find out the correct address.
Can overnight checks be tracked?
Certainly. The tracking number link appears on the Payment Details page.
Can payments be changed or canceled once submitted?
No. Payment processing begins immediately after clicking the submit button.

The next time you're out, about, and short on cash, you can now use your cell phone to find any of 25,000+ surcharge-free CO-OP ATMs. Introducing MYCOOP, the latest ATM locator service for credit union members.
- Send a text from your cell phone to "MYCOOP" (692667). In the body of the text, enter the address (with city, state, and zip) or intersection (with city and state).
- In about 30 seconds, the service will reply with the nearest CO-OP network surcharge-free ATM.
