E-Statements Disclosures
You understand that your e-statement
will replace your paper statement (this service is free) unless
you notify Xceed Financial Credit Union.
By submitting the XFCU E-Statement Enrollment Form, you are authorizing
Xceed Financial Credit Union to deliver statements of your account(s) by electronic means. You agree that electronic
delivery will satisfy Xceed Financial Credit Union's requirement to
provide you a periodic statement of your account(s).
Disclosures
1. You have a right to receive this disclosure in paper form. To
receive a paper disclosure, please contact us by telephone or mail
as shown below.

The consent you are providing is for electronic delivery of your monthly,
quarterly, or annual Xceed Financial Credit Union account statements, as well as
loan coupons. For loan coupons, you will print and return the loan coupon
with your payment. You understand and agree that the loan coupon included
with your electronic statement will be your only notification of the payment due
on the associated loan with Xceed Financial Credit Union."

You have the right, at any time and without charge, upon 10-day notice, to
withdraw this consent for electronic delivery of your account statements and
again receive them by mail (if you indicated that you only wanted e-statements).
You may withdraw your consent by electronic mail from your e-mail address of
record with Xceed Financial Credit Union, by written and signed request sent to: Contact Center, 888 North Nash Street, El Segundo, CA 90245;
or by calling us at (800)
XFCU-222.

If you had requested only electronic delivery of your statements, you may obtain
a paper copy of your account statement by contacting Xceed Financial Credit Union
by telephone or mail as shown below.

Requests for copies of statements incur
a fee ($2 through Xceed On-Call, $5 for written or phone requests) for the service.

There is a $2 monthly fee if you decide to sign-up for delivery of both XFCU
e-statements and paper statements. The fee will be debited from your
checking account. If you do not have a checking account, the fee will be
debited from your savings account.

The software requirements you must meet in order to view your statements
electronically are Internet Explorer 4.0 or Netscape 4.0. 128-bit encryption is
recommended. Your statement is a
PDF file, so you will also need Adobe Acrobat Reader, which can be downloaded from the
following website if you do not already have it:

The Credit Union strongly advises that you save your statement in PDF format to
your personal computer or print out a copy of your statement (and check images
if this applies). The Credit Union only keeps a 12 month rolling history of your
statements online at anytime. Requests for copies of older statements incur
a fee ($2 through Xceed On-Call, $5 for written or phone requests) for the service.

Request and Agreement for
Electronic Delivery of Statements
This
is a request to have the statements of your account(s) with Xceed Financial Credit Union delivered to you electronically in accordance with the above consent.
- On
or shortly following the first day of each month, you will receive an e-mail
message that your statement is available, along with instructions on how to
pick up your statement.
- Xceed
Financial Credit Union will establish your login name and will assign a
temporary password. You are encouraged to change your password to one of
your choosing the first time you go to the statement site.
- After
your e-statement account is set up, Xceed Financial Credit Union will send you
by mail your P.I.N. (Personal Identification Number). Please be aware that
we may not be able to set up your account for the first statement cycle
following your request.
- It
is your responsibility to notify Xceed Financial Credit Union anytime you
should have a change in your e-mail address, or if you wish to remove any
account from electronic delivery. You
may change your e-mail address on the web site, by written and signed
request sent to:

calling us at (800) XFCU-222. See item #3 of the above Disclosure for
methods to remove your account from electronic delivery.
- If
you have more than one Xceed Financial Credit Union account, you need to
submit a request for each account.
- Any
owner of a Xceed Financial Credit Union account has the right to establish an
e-statement service for his/her account.
- Statement
notifications can be sent to only one e-mail address. For example, the
notification cannot go to both a work and home e-mail address.
- Write
to us at 888 North Nash Street, El Segundo CA 90245, Attention: Contact Center or telephone us at (800) XFCU-222 as soon as you can if you think
your e-statement is wrong, or if you need more information about an item on
your e-statement. We must hear from you no later than 60 days after we
sent you the FIRST statement on which the error or problem appeared.
