XFCU Electronic Services Privacy Policy

We are committed to providing competitive accounts, loans, and electronic services to meet your financial needs. In order to offer a full array of services in an efficient manner, we may find it necessary to share information about you to complete your transactions.

To protect our members' privacy, we only work with companies that agree to maintain a high level of confidentiality and limit the use of information we provide. We have entered into agreements with other companies that provide services for us such as check printing and statement processing. While we may disclose information we collect under these arrangements, we do not permit these companies to sell your information to other third parties.

All member information entered on this site will be kept confidential. Only authorized and trained employees of Xceed Financial Credit Union and suppliers that provide services for Xceed Financial Credit Union will have access to this information. Xceed Financial Credit Union will not knowingly collect and/or use personal information from children.

To ensure privacy of your information, Xceed Online Banking, as well as some applications, are located on a secure server.
