With the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) developments happening every day, we are continuing to monitor the latest reports and evolving situation, making updates and adjusting our plans to ensure the health and safety of our Xceed members, associates, and communities.
An Update on Our Financial Center Access
We continue to closely monitor local public health guidelines for reopening our Financial Centers from restrictions related to COVID-19. Please note: We are actively monitoring the number of members allowed in the Financial Centers at one time, and requiring members to adhere to safety guidelines for public access.

Members are encouraged to call their Financial Center to speak with an associate and to schedule in-person appointments. You can also access our ATMs and night drop service (where available).
Guidelines for Financial Center Access
We are limiting the number of members permitted in these Financial Center at one time in order to meet public health guidance and the highest standard of safety. We ask that members visiting our Financial Centers follow these guidelines:
- Please wait to be greeted by an associate to enter the Financial Center.
- Wear a mask at all times inside the Financial Center.
- Practice social distancing by keeping six feet of distance from others in the Financial Center.
- Use the floor decals placed in the Financial Center to help maintain a safe distance.
- No public restrooms are available.
Following recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO), and in consideration of social distancing and public gathering guidelines, we feel this is the best course of action for the health and safety of our members, associates, and communities.
Across all of our locations, we continue to practice proper cleaning and sanitation, make hand sanitizer readily available, and keep our associates informed of best practices for prevention.
