Xceed Relief Loans
Fully engaged, financially impacted Xceed members2 can receive:
- 0% APR loans3
- Maximum relief loan amount up to $2,500
- Terms up to 15 months (up to 12 month payment amortization)
- First loan payment may be deferred up to 90 days
2Fully engaged member requirements: Must have an active Xceed Savings and Checking Account, sign up for automatic loan payments, and receive direct deposits (or meet other requirements in lieu of receiving direct deposits). Must be an Xceed member in good standing for the past 90 days. Member to provide financial hardship letter.
30% interest rate effective as of 3/25/2020. Payment Example: A $2,500 loan at 0.00% APR for 12 months would have payments of $208.33 per month. Subject to credit qualifications and approval.

We want to remind members impacted by COVID-19 of available mortgage assistance and relief options. You may be eligible to suspend or reduce your Xceed mortgage payments for up to 12 months. Homeowners who have been adversely impacted by this national emergency may request mortgage assistance. We also understand that many members have experienced long call wait times or have not yet had a chance to speak with one of the team members. We encourage you to access the tools available to you online to get information quickly by visiting the loan solution center. Alternatively, you can contact us at 855.883.5340.
Credit Card Payment Deferrals and Fee Relief
Additionally, we are currently accepting Xceed Platinum Visa and Platinum Visa Rewards payment deferral requests. For Cardholders/Accounts in good standing, we are automatically skipping payments due in June and July 2020.* Interest will continue to accrue. Normal payments will be scheduled to resume in August 2020.
*Cardholders/Accounts must NOT have autopay set up in order to qualify for Skip Payment. Members can continue to make their payments through Xceed Online, Xceed Mobile app or check.
In June and July 2020, Cardholders/Accounts in good standing will also receive Fee Relief and not be charged Cash Advance Fees, Late Fees and Returned Check Fees. Normal Minimum Payment Due will continue to calculate based on the current process but no new Fees as listed above will be assessed on the Cardholder Statement(s) for two billing cycles (May and June 2020). Interest will continue to accrue. Normal fees will be scheduled to resume in August 2020.

Additionally, we have made the following limit updates to limit person-to-person contact and help reduce the spread of COVID-19:
- Mobile Deposit limit has increased from $5,000 to $15,000.
- Debit card ATM withdrawal limits have increased from $600 to $1,000.
We encourage members to avoid cash handling as much as possible. Use your Xceed debit or credit cards.
