Kelly Ritchey-Davoren Joins Xceed Financial as Chief People Officer
El Segundo, Calif. (August 2018) – Xceed Financial Credit Union has announced that Kelly Ritchey-Davoren has been named Chief People Officer. Joining the ranks of Xceed’s Senior Leadership Team, Ritchey-Davoren will help guide organizational development through cultural enhancement while working to implement new and ongoing leadership initiatives.

Ritchey-Davoren was previously with Internet Brands, where she served as the Vice President of Human Resource Programs and Projects and gained valuable experience deploying HR systems that enabled growth and scale for the organization. Prior to that, she spent two years at Advanced Medical Reviews as the Vice President of Human Resources and Operations focusing on growing the company while improving employee satisfaction. Ritchey-Davoren earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the California State University at Fullerton and her Master of Business Administration from the University of California at Los Angeles.
