As members have continued to use Xceed Online and Xceed Mobile, we’ve heard a lot of valuable feedback about what you’d like to see changed. We’ve implemented that feedback to bring you great new features and upgraded tools, and the new Xceed Online and Xceed Mobile are now available!
A few tips to help you get started:
You’ll need to delete the old app and download our new one. You can find the app by searching for “XFCU” in the App Store or Playstore.
Once logged in to Xceed Mobile, you can re-enable TouchID or Fingerprint login for easier access.
If you’d like to ask a question about your mortgage or make a payment, call 855.883.5340.
Be sure to review your transfers and alerts to ensure everything is set up properly.
Your recurring Bill Payments may take a few days to appear in Xceed Online.
